REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your purchase but if it is not quite right, our refund process is simple.

1) Eligibility for a refund

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free of marks/scents, and with all tags/packaging.

  • Returned within the 14-day window (counting from the day after delivery).

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Faulty or misdescribed items: email us within 30 days of delivery with photos and a brief description. We’ll repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

2) What isn’t refundable

For hygiene or customisation reasons, we can’t accept returns of:

  • Underwear, swimwear, earrings, or custom/personalised pieces (unless faulty).

  • Gift cards and final-sale/clearance items marked “non-returnable”.

  • Items returned used, worn, or without original tags/packaging.

3) How to start a refund

  1. Email customerservice@byniyanga.com within the applicable window with your order number and item(s).

  2. We’ll confirm return instructions and where to send your parcel.

  3. Repack securely and keep your postage proof/tracking.

4) Return shipping & costs

  • Change-of-mind / wrong size: return postage is your responsibility.

  • Faulty/incorrect items: we’ll provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable return costs.

  • We’re not responsible for returns lost in transit—please use a tracked service

5) Refund method & timing

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the return (or earlier if we receive evidence of return for statutory cancellations).

  • Original shipping fees aren’t refundable unless we made an error or the item was faulty.

  • If you refused delivery or didn’t collect and the parcel returns to us, we’ll refund the item(s) less any carrier/handling fees we incur.

6) Exchanges

To swap an item, please place a new order for the size/colour you want and return the original for a refund using the steps above. Contact us at customerservice@byniyanga.com with your order number.

7) Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after our confirmation:

  1. check with your bank/card issuer;

  2. contact us at customerservice@byniyanga.com with your order number.

8) International orders

Customs duties/taxes charged by your country aren’t refunded by us. You may be able to claim them back from your local customs office (policies vary).
