Thank you for shopping with BY.NIYANGA! We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below.

 
1) Order & Delivery processing

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding UK Bank Holidays).

  • Delivery time: 3-5 business days. 

  • ​Tracking is emailed as soon as your order is shipped.
     

2) Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, destination and service. Any free-shipping thresholds (if offered) will be shown at checkout. 

3) Customs, duties & taxes (non-UK)
Orders shipped outside the UK may incur import duties, taxes and fees charged by the destination country. These are not collected at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility. If a delivery is refused due to fees, we’ll refund the item price (less any return shipping/handling we incur) once the parcel returns to us in original condition.

4) Address accuracy & changes

  • Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout.

  • Need to correct it? Email customerservice@byniyanga.com immediately with your order number. We’ll try to amend if it hasn’t shipped.

  • We can’t reroute parcels once handed to the courier.
     

5) Delivery issues (lost, delayed, failed)

  • Marked delivered, not received: check safe places/neighbours first. If still missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan.

  • Delayed: allow up to 10 working days (UK) / 20 (EU) / 30 (International) from dispatch before we treat a parcel as lost.

  • Failed delivery / return to sender: if returned due to incorrect address, non-collection or refusal, we can resend (additional postage may apply) or refund the item(s) less original shipping once received back in original condition.
     

6) Authority to leave / safe place
If you instruct the courier to leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour, you accept responsibility once it’s marked delivered.

7) Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email customerservice@byniyanga.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the packaging and item(s), and a brief description. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund per our Returns Policy.
